Topics
covered included cast-in-place anchors, post-our anchors (mechanical and
adhesive-type), the concrete lag screw, and others. Chris required student participation ... here `Bob' is brushing out the hole to receive the adhesive for the Acrylic-Tie anchor system. |

You can
move fast with the ... Fast Pac. Acrylic Tie is awesome around here ... where it always is (...or at least seems) cold.
I was fascinated by (and played with) the Titen HD High Strength Anchor ... a `concrete lag bolt' of sorts ... (not shown).

Chris
making a point while student (twists) as he installs threaded rod. Chris is a great presenter. Those who didn't care for the technical and hands-on aspects were well-entertained. If he disappears from the engineering world, look for him on the Las Vegas entertainment circuit.
Simpson delivers a quality product and does a lot to support the anchor and connector industry. Thank you Chris and Galen.
