There is a place and time where and when we can create a situation (in front of us) by and act of the mind - in real time.  I must say I don't do it (this directly - see below) often; in fact, I would be exaggerating to say I can do it even sometimes - but I have experienced it.  Where I call a certain situation into being (immediately ahead of me).

`Nothin' ... (nothin') on the creek.  But as I came up on one of the last bends - I sensed the ability to generate a mallard simply by an act of the will - mind.  I did.  As I came up on the bend, she got up, and I dumped her.

You see - that quack would not have been there if I had not been ther - to will her there.
